Staff were very very nice.

My room was big and updated with a microwave, coffee/tea making machines, and a fridge.

The building is beautiful and the rooms are large and beautiful. The bathroom is nice sized. The hotel's location is good, really close to the award winning Mexican restaurant and the center of town and many shops.

It has favourable, marvellous setting, not far from all the shops and museums, restaurants and bars and nightlife. Also, a two-story museum is within a close distance from the venue. The room is reasonably large and beautiful, and the staff is excellent. The bathrooms are nice size.

The room is beautiful, the staff is amiable and excellent. Coffee/tea makers and glassware are a NICE touch. The location it offers is nice, close enough to all the shops and restaurants, the museum and many shops.

My room was reasonably spacious and updated thanks to the friendly staff. This location was great and particularly good, just next door to many shops, dining, and nightlife, and the museum, restaurants, shops, and pubs. Again, it was walking distance to Heather Green Studios Art Gallery. The food was appetising and great, enjoyed it.

Nice location in Bisbee near all the shops. Easy walk to Framed in Bisbee and 400 feet from Bisbee City Park. Spacious and updated room plus cable channels, a microwave, and a refrigerator. Had a full kitchen.

I really enjoyed the hotel, its reasonably large and updated room and amicable staff. The setting of property was great, close to everything. Plus, it was close enough to a mountain side, the restaurant below, and the center of town.

Stayed here during our trip, it was a really really nice experience. The staff was excellent in managing every request. Liked tea and coffee making equipment, a seating area, and ironing facilities in the room. Our window overlooked street.

I was greeted by an excellent receptionist who made the stay a really nice experience. The rooms were big and included cable channels, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator etc.

The location is best possible and convenient, it's short walk to museums. Furthermore, it's so close to Copper Queen Post Office.

The breakfast had good choice of selection, the food was great. The rooms were reasonably large and had essentials you needed. The location was favourable and ideal, close to everything, it's a plus. And it was also right by the restaurant below as well as museums, restaurants and bars.

The rooms were beautiful and cool, had a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets in the bathroom. The location was marvellous and favourable there, in old downtown. All the staff was very very nice, solved my issues.
